Fergie shows off her perfect legs in colourful mini-dress

She certainly has a unique sense of style.

And on Friday, Black Eyed Peas singer Stacy ‘Fergie’ Ferguson was spotted out in Beverly Hills in a vest mini-dress that graduated in colour from black around the neckline through blue and green before ending up yellow at the thigh-high hemline.

Intriguingly, the cute frock, which showed off the 39-year-old’s shapely legs, had the number 23 on the front – but no indication what that might stand for.

Famous athletes who have worn the number include basketball superstar Michael Jordan and Adrian Gonzalez from the LA Dodgers, Fergie’s favourite baseball team.

The Fergalicious star teamed the dress with black high-heeled booties that wrapped around the back of her foot, fastened at the ankle with a metal bar and had a single strap across her toes.

Her long blonde hair streamed around her face and down past her shoulders.

She accessorised with a heavy bangle with large letters on the side, a pair of round sunglasses and a small black clutch decorated with a red design.

Fergie is getting ready to debut her first solo single in 16 months, LA Love (La La), on Monday.

It’s her follow-up to A Little Party Never Killed Nobody from 2013 movie soundtrack, The Great Gatsby, and was produced by DJ Mustard, aka Dijon McFarlane.

Meanwhile, there are multiple reports that Fergie, who shares one-year-old son Axl with husband Josh Duhamel, is working on a new album, her first in eight years.

Her last solo album, The Dutchess, was released in 2006 and produced hit singles London Bridge, Fergalicious, Glamorous, Big Girls Don’t Cry and Clumsy.

The star took to Twitter on September 18 to deny the reports, which included one from music industry Bible Billboard, saying: ‘I guess this article has got some rumors going about me & new music. As @PublicEnemyFTP says, don’t believe the hype.’

But just a little while later she tweeted: ‘But then again… sometimes #wheretheressmoketheresfire. lol’

Fans will have to wait until next year to find out.
