2014 MUCHMUSIC AWARDS – BEST AND WORST DRESSED!

Here at the Hot Hits we love a good Best and Worst dressed list – with the fashion on the red carpet almost getting us as excited as the performances at awards ceremonies.

Here we have rounded up the hits and misses at the recent MuchMusic Awards!

BEST:

Kendall Jenner

We don’t expect everyone to be with us on this one – but if you think about it red carpets are the time and place to be daring with your fashion style and we are sick and tired of the same boring dresses making their way down the carpet. So big ups to Kendall for going there.

Kellan Lutz

What can we say? Those baby blues. The half-smile. That lightly tousled bed hair. Sigh. The suits alright too we guess…

Kiernan Shipka

We are loving Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka’s youthful, fresh printed dress. The length, kooky frills and pastel hues are perfect for the up-and-coming actress!

WORST:

Shenae Grimes and Josh Beech

They make a cute couple, but we can’t stand couple who dress alike! Also those black and white creepers are less rock’n’roll and more bowling date gone wrong. Also is it just us or are Josh’s pants tighter than Shenae’s?

Lorde

Look don’t get us wrong, we love Lorde and the fact that she doesn’t prescribe to anyone else’s idea of what constitutes cool – but this just doesn’t work. The weird races day hat, combined with the ill-fitting suit that swamps her frame and the white sneakers just put forward a very confused look. And it is ok to smile once in a while!

Jena Malone

While we are digging her new blonde locks, there is something about this two piece blue ensemble that doesn’t sit right with us. Maybe it is the exaggerated nipples or the blank death stare but Jena – we ain’t picking up what you are putting down.

Kylie Jenner

While sister Kendall went for daring, Kylie seemed to go for aging cabaret performer who is trying out a career change as an Olympic ice skater. Also WHAT is going on with her face? She looks triple her age!

MOST IMPROVED:

Ed Sheeran

Ed isn’t known for his dress sense, but we felt the need to award him most improved for this look as it is a whole lot slicker than what we usually see from him!
